Farmers across Europe are being invited to take part in TRAILS4SOIL, our major research project exploring how Regenerative and Conservation Agriculture can improve soil health and long‑term farm resilience.
With 49 places available, TRAILS4SOIL offers farmers the opportunity to test Regenerative and Conservation Agricultural Practices on at least one hectare of their own land, improve their soil and learn more about Regenerative and Conservation Agriculture.
Participants will gain hands‑on experience with techniques tailored to local soil challenges and join a network of farmers, researchers and other experts to share real‑world experiences. They will receive €5,000 per cropping season for up to three seasons.
The call is open to farmers based in Spain, Portugal, Germany, Slovenia, Austria, Switzerland, Moldova, Romania, and Ukraine. Each participating farm will be part of a regional Living Lab that each address a pressing challenge in farming.
This opportunity is designed for farmers who want to improve soil health today while contributing to the future of resilient, sustainable European agriculture.
